At the helm is Monica Colvin, a seasoned professional in this field since 1999. Monica’s journey began in direct care, evolving through roles such as Manager, Quality Assurance Director, and Service Coordinator, among others. Her extensive background includes significant experience with Home and Community-Based Waivers and over a decade as an Extended Family Home Provider. Monica holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Sciences, specializing in Family Science with a Certificate in Gerontology. Her practical experience includes a practicum in an assisted living facility and a tenure as a Service Coordinator in a senior independent living center. Monica’s dedication to enhancing the lives of each client is evident in her commitment to the well-being, safety, and happiness of clients, their families, and staff.
